I worked for almost 6 days/week a few months back during holidays and it's almost impossible to take a day off if i'm busy because there is practically no one to replace me for work. but when school reopened, they got my sis to replace me on weekdays and i continued on weekends. then, because of some misunderstanding, they threatened to sack my sister if she doesn't apologise. Why? because the fact that they're already recruiting new staffs so even if my sister's sacked, it's no big deal to them.

Now that they have 4-5 staffs for the shop, me and sis were only scheduled to 1 day/week. Cool man. i wasn't free last Saturday because i needa go back to school for some proj so there i go, scheduled to 0 day. And best of the bests, for this week, i received no info abt the schedule at all. normally they wld sms everyone the schedule but i got NOTHING. My sis told me that my name wasn't even on the list. Bravo. what r u guys taking me as?

So this tells me all.. take and throw.. my bosses are good at it.
